In the case that the session is no longer needed, the credit is transferable. - I acknowledge the turnaround time for galleries is up to 3 weeks from the date of session. - I acknowledge that Mina Art Studio will not be held responsible for uncooperative children. - I acknowledge that Mina Art Studio owns the copyrights to the images taken during my photo shoot. Images may be used for marketing and advertising purposes. (If you prefer your images not to be used please inform Mina of such.) - Pet allowed and we do not charge deposit, but they must be house trained. If any damage to the Space or the Host’s property should occur while in your care, custody or control, you agree to pay reasonable repair/replacement costs otherwise we charge your credit card. - I acknowledge that Mina Art Studio do not give out Raw/Unedited photos.
